The religion of Islam gives a special value and dignity to science and knowledge, as it considers science and knowledge to be a prerequisite and necessary condition for performing any movement and action. In Islamic thought, science that does not benefit is not desirable. One of the important keywords in Imam Khamenei's thought about science and science education is the usefulness of science. They carefully follow all the indicators of the progress of science in the country, and in case of a drop, they give the necessary notices to the managers. Therefore, the main question of this article is what are the components of useful science in Imam Khamenei's thought? The hypothesis of this article is as follows: The most important components of useful knowledge in the thought of Imam Khamenei, inspired by the teachings of the Quran and hadiths, are: sincerity and divine intention, rationality, foresight, the need to meet the needs of the country, gaining scientific and practical authority. are being In this article, we use the descriptive-analytical method, relying on written library sources and internet articles, to the components of useful science, which include examples such as biotechnology, photonics and optics, nanotechnology, new energies, information technology and aerospace.
